FilmG

This year two teams from Inverness Royal Academy created short films for the annual Gaelic film competition. The theme for this year’s competition was ‘Cliù’ – fame or reputation. A group from S2 Gaelic met regularly at lunchtimes to plan their film, write a script, organise props and locations. They also acted in their film alongside some of their classmates and got the experience the pressures of editing as it would be in real life. S3 Gaelic worked well together as a team to create their film, this is the second time they have entered the competition meaning they were able to draw on their experience from last year. Both teams were praised by the FilmG crew who came in to help with filming, drama and editing. The films will be available on the FilmG website in the New Year when the public will be asked to vote for their favourite. http://filmg.co.uk/
